I am currently beginning a new cycle, lucky me, and was wondering about your melatonin comment. How much are you taking of it? Is it helping? What else do you use that might help? I've got to stop taking ibuprofen so much every day or my body is going to shut down. Interesting tho. I'm on the trail of melatonin myself, hoping newer and much larger doses might be the key to my cluster headaches and even Migraine.
