Hi,
I wanted to tell you thank you for posting this information on MSG. It truly is a horrible additive that is affecting everyone who ingests it. Whenever I eat Chinese food I usually get a headache. I try to avoid it but you are right about how they can hide it in nearly anything.

Well that doesn't bode well for young new upstarting migraneurs. I mean if MSG is almost everywhere now - I wonder what it will be like ten years from now.

This may explain why so many Migraineurs like me, who attempt an elimination diet to figure out food triggers, are left more confused when pain doesn't subside. I've been through it twice and it's very possible foods I thought were safe were planted with a "growth enhancer" containing MSG. Unbelievable!
