Even though the "official" diet experiment is over, I am still on the said diet.
Loosing a bit of weight and not having headaches is good, what can I say.
I did do a bit of experimenting since the last "diet" post. I wanted to see if getting down a bit of sugar will induce a migraine. Migraine was no go. I did notice, however, that my eyes were hurting a little the following day. I repeated sugar again and the eyes did get hurty once more. There must be some correlation between sugar intake and migraine's eyes pain.
All in all feeling pretty good and having plenty of energy. I just have to remember not to skip on my protein shakes and MCT oil.
My previous record between migraine attacks was 14 days. Today marked the 18-day stretch. A new record! I wonder if I can make it a 20.
I can't, however, continue this particular experiment forever. I have some other ones in planning and the time is awaisting.
In a couple of days I'll write an official wrap-up for the experiment.
If anyone has questions, please do ask.
Or yah, MaxJerz, thank you for the advise on topamax. I wrote about it a little in day 10 post.
Cheers all :)

Thanks for linking, Rain. I saw that once I got to that post... I've been a little behind so I'm trying to catch up.
Glad to see you posted about it though!
Be well,
MJ
Hey, if you see I made a booboo somewhere, do let me know - I tend to write against the clock so, booboos happen :P
