Loose that flab with Testosterone

For men after 40, depression, expanding waistline, high cholesterol and often, migraines, are not that unusual. While some attribute it to a simple aging and wear-and-tear, there's another good reason for it. That reason is Testosterone Deficiency Syndrome (TDS).

Middle-aged men will loose 1 to 2 per sent of testosterone a year. That's a fact. Another fact is that most of them won't know about it. Well, you can stay totally clueless and keep getting older and fatter or you could try and do something to improve your situation.

  • The obvious things like better diet and some exercise will go a long way to keep your testosterone levels up.
  • You can opt for a "replacement therapy", which is a big name for a testosterone injection every three month or so. For those afraid of needles, it does come in patches.
  • You can take testosterone as a dietary supplement (consult you doctor what would be a proper dosage). It's available in Sport and Fitness section of your local or on-line health/vitamin store.

The most important benefit for keeping that testosterone up is to prevent heart diseases. It will also go a long way to stay off diabetes, weight gain, osteoporosis, alzheimer's, anaemia and even might help with that sour mood of yours.

So, man up and take your testosterone. Before you turn into a girl would be good.
