Today is a Chinese New year. That is because the origin of Chinese New Year is in lunar calendar. We all know how efficient lunar calendar is but whatever. Funny story - mythological origins of Chinese New Year are rooted in celebrating defeat or "passover" of beast Nian, who is, and I am not kidding, sensitive to loud noises and color red. Sounds like an ancient capitalist with a migraine. Concidering that the beast was a man-eater, I suspect SHE was an ancient capitalist with a migraine.
